The actual price depends on the area, number of staff, number of site visits, and working hours. We conduct a site survey and quantity takeoff every time before setting the price. For specialized work not previously done, we time the actual work first, instead of using a fixed price from other sites.

How to Start Working With Us

01 Site Survey Site survey and quantity takeoff within 3 business days of the appointment date, at no cost
02 Quotation Quotation delivered within 2 business days after the survey, broken down into items with clear inclusions and exclusions
03 Sign Contract Define the scope of work, duration, number of site visits per round, replacement staff response time, and penalties for both parties
04 Start of operations Work starts within 3 days of receiving the purchase order. The team is briefed on site rules, and a safety plan is prepared together with the client's safety officer.
