How we think
Our working principles
These four points are what we actually follow in every job, not just words on paper
A direct refusal from day one causes less damage to the client than accepting the job and then missing the deadline
For specialized jobs we have never done before, we always time the actual on-site work before pricing, never using figures from other sites as a baseline.
We do not wait until delivery day to explain. Problems caught early can still be fixed. Problems found at the end become damage for both parties
More people does not mean faster work. We control the supervisor-to-worker ratio to keep it tight enough for the work to actually progress, rather than adding people just to look like more manpower.
We don't sell headcount — we sell completed work, as promised
Every price we quote comes from a site survey and quantity take-off of the actual site conditions, not a fixed package price. We tell you plainly which services our own team performs, and which are managed through licensed partners.
One vs many
Hiring multiple providers vs. hiring one provider
A single building requires several contractors: housekeeping, maintenance technicians, gardeners, waste collection, pest control teams, and security staff. That means multiple contracts, multiple invoices, and multiple people to follow up with every month.
Multiple contracts, renewed on different cycles, negotiated on different terms
One contract, one cycle, one set of terms
Multiple invoices and tax invoices every month
One set per month, less invoicing and billing work
Coordinating with multiple parties daily, following up through different channels
One point of contact, one phone number, one report
Each contractor points out that it is not their scope
Single point of responsibility, no passing work between parties
Each contractor charges its own supervisor and travel costs
Supervisors and travel costs can be shared across jobs
Each provider's team can only handle its own work
One team can help cover across tasks, within the agreed scope
Security services, industrial waste handling, and wastewater treatment system operation are areas where Thai law requires service providers to hold specific licenses. Some contractors claim they can do everything, then quietly subcontract the work, leaving the client with no idea who is entering their premises. We choose to disclose from the quotation stage which partner is responsible for which task, along with license numbers that can be verified before signing the contract. We remain the contract manager and stay responsible for the quality of all work on the client's behalf.

Our people
Our site staff are in the system
Verifiable through documents
Many of our clients are electronics, medical, and data center factories that must pass audits under RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards, which also cover contractors working on-site, not just the factory's own employees. We therefore ensure our staff pass that audit from the start.
Salaries, social security, workmen's compensation fund, and welfare are fully borne by the Company, with documents provided for verification. Sites that require everyone entering the premises, including replacement staff, to be covered by social security can have this written into the contract.
No head fees, no brokerage fees, and employee identity documents are never held under any circumstances
Wages are paid on time every cycle, with payment records provided to employees. Holidays and leave follow the law, and overtime work is voluntary.
Age and ID documents are checked before hiring every worker, and staff may resign under the conditions set by law
Uniforms, safety shoes, and personal protective equipment as required by each site, with a safety briefing on site rules before every job starts.
No discrimination based on gender, nationality, religion, or age, in both hiring and job assignment
Our work rules let any employee raise a complaint directly with a company director, without going through their supervisor. The complainant's details are kept confidential, retaliation of any kind is prohibited, an investigation starts within 7 days and the outcome is reported within 30 days.
Training we arrange before sending anyone to site — basic workplace safety · work at height and rope access · confined space, all four roles required by law
Straight talk
We are a new Company —
and we say this directly
The Company was registered in 2024. We know that compared to contractors who have been in the market for a long time, the client's first question is about stability and delivery capability. We do not avoid this question.
Every job matters a great deal to us, because we still have to build our reputation through results, not through a list of past clients. Management stays on-site, responds quickly, and resolves issues without going through multiple layers.
A VAT-registered company · a full contract and hand-over document system · social security and workmen's compensation for all site staff · safety equipment the company owns outright, not rented for one job · 15 corporate clients currently using our services, all verifiable
Let us survey the site and provide a quotation free of charge, then judge us by the documents you receive, the detail of the scope of work, and the terms we are willing to put in writing. These three things show, even before signing, which contractor truly works systematically.
Before you sign
7 questions you should ask every contractor
before signing a contract
This set of questions applies to every contractor, not just us, and separates contractors who work systematically from those who only sell on price in a single meeting. We have answered all seven questions here.
01 Registered as a juristic person, and registered for VAT?
Our Answer — Registered juristic entity No. 0205567039814, VAT registered, full tax invoices issued for every job
02 Whose social security system are the staff assigned to the job enrolled in?
Our Answer — Site staff are in the Company's system, with Social Security and Workmen's Compensation Fund submission documents available for verification. For temporary replacement staff, if your site requires them to be covered by social security as well, this can be written into the contract.
03 Which services does your team perform directly, which are subcontracted, and do your partners hold licenses?
Our answer — clearly stated from the quotation stage, with the partner's name and license number provided for verification before signing the contract.
04 If a staff member is absent, who replaces them, within how long, and is there a penalty?
Our Answer — Replacement staff response time and penalties are stated in writing in every contract
05 Does the quoted price include chemicals, equipment, and which annual work items?
Our Answer — Broken down into items in the quotation, not hidden in a lump sum price; clients may choose to remove items to reduce the price
06 Before quoting, do we conduct an on-site survey, or use a fixed price?
Our Answer — A survey and quantity takeoff is conducted every time at no charge; specialized jobs are timed on-site before pricing
07 If the work is not completed on schedule, who is responsible, and how is it measured?
Our answer — the quotation states the duration, the number of site visits, and what the client needs to prepare, so it can identify which side is causing the delay.
08 Do you accept jobs outside the five provinces?
Considered on a case-by-case basis. Our regular service areas are Chonburi, Rayong, Chachoengsao, Prachinburi, and Samut Prakan. The quoted price includes travel costs only for Chonburi and Rayong. Other provinces and out-of-area work incur additional travel and accommodation costs as agreed, always notified before work begins.
We do not offer the lowest price in the market, and we do not intend to
What we commit to is a price calculated from actual costs, so it is a price we can maintain throughout the contract, without lowering work quality or employee benefits along the way just to make the numbers work.
