Electrical
Cleaning electrical cabinets and system rooms
Wiping with a damp cloth and vacuuming inside high-voltage cabinets, control cabinets, and system rooms, done without water, with the client's electrician inspecting before each cabinet is opened.
Clean dust on cable trays above the cabinet row before moving down to the cabinet bodies
Wipe the control cabinet panel with a dry cloth, no water at any step
Cleaning wire connectors in the cabinet, checking row by row with a light
Open cabinets one at a time, with someone controlling the switch in front of the cabinet at all times
Confined space
Work in confined spaces and confined areas
A full four-role team under the 2019 Confined Space Ministerial Regulation enters with a gas detector, ventilation fan and an attendant stationed at every entry point
The walkway between panels is less than a meter wide, enter one person at a time
Set up the ladder in the narrow space, with someone holding the ladder at the bottom at all times
Removing dust from cable trays under the ceiling. Short reach but time-consuming.
Dust the top of cabinet rows using a long-handled tool, without climbing on the structure.
High rise
Working at height and rope access work
Mainly by boom lift. Anyone going up must hold a work-at-height training certificate before each lift, and stays clipped to the anchor point in the basket the whole time
Using a lift basket to wash exterior wall panels
Position the lift truck to cover the full span of columns before starting work
For the glass wall side with no walkway, must access from outside
High windows in warehouse buildings, cleaned with an extension pole instead of scaffolding.
Post construction
Big cleaning and pre-handover cleaning for buildings
Full cleaning of the entire building before handover, working zone by zone, floor by floor, to avoid conflicting with installation work still in progress.
Wash the entire hall floor before moving furniture into the building
Enter multiple areas in the rest zone at the same time, finish within a single shift
Scrubbing off cement stains and construction dust before washing with water
Wipe the AC vent covers and ceiling panels one section at a time, always before washing the floor
Floor care
Floor work and outdoor area washing
Floor polishing, waxing, and outdoor area washing, scheduled outside hours when people or vehicles are in use to avoid affecting daily operations.
Low-speed polishing machine for terrazzo floors that have not yet been waxed.
Squeegee off water immediately after scrubbing, not leaving it to dry on the floor
Spray and wash the building entrance in the early morning before vehicles start running
Clean the walkway floor in sections, do not close off the entire path

Why our work photos have no project names
Facility cleaning work requires entering the client's controlled areas. Which factory hires whom to do what is their information, not ours. So we only show the nature of the work, removing logos, project name signs, license plates, and the faces of the client's staff from every photo.
