Frequently asked questions

Does old wax need to be stripped first?

It depends on the floor. If the old wax is dull or peeling in patches, it should be stripped and the whole system reapplied. Floors that need stripping must be inspected before we confirm the price.

When can the carpet be used after washing?

We work after office hours and use extraction machines so carpets and upholstery are dry and ready to use the next morning.

Can you handle epoxy or wooden floors?

Yes. Tile, epoxy and wooden floors each need different chemicals, and we choose them after seeing the site, because the wrong choice wears the floor out faster.

Which areas do you cover?

Chonburi, Rayong, Chachoengsao, Prachinburi and Samut Prakan. Prices shown are for Chonburi and Rayong; other areas add travel and team accommodation costs by distance. Areas outside these five provinces are considered case by case.
