FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How often should solar panels be cleaned?

It depends on the dust in your area. Panels near roads, dusty production lines or trees get dirty faster. The easiest check is your inverter output: if it drops unusually compared with the same period, it is time to clean. If you are not sure, you can book a free site survey.

Will cleaning leave marks or scratch the panels?

We use filtered water with the minerals removed, so no white residue is left on the panels, and we never use hard brushes that scratch the surface. We also check the cable connections and combiner boxes while cleaning and report any abnormal hot spot with photos right away.

How far ahead do I need to book?

Solar panel cleaning is booked 10 business days in advance. We reply within 1 business day after receiving your details, and the site survey is free.

How is the price calculated?

Prices are per job, based on the number of panels. See the starting prices and the panel count each price covers in the table above. Steep or extra-high roofs cost more. The final price is confirmed after the site survey.

Which areas do you cover?

Chonburi, Rayong, Chachoengsao, Prachinburi and Samut Prakan. Prices shown are for Chonburi and Rayong; other areas add travel and team accommodation costs by distance. Areas outside these five provinces are considered case by case.
