Can we view the cameras on a mobile phone?

Yes. We set up mobile viewing when we hand over the system, and the system is handed over for you to view yourself.

Does your company view or keep our camera footage?

No. Our company does not view or keep footage from customer cameras; all footage stays with you. This is stated in the quotation and the contract.

How long is the installation warranty?

A 1 year warranty on installation workmanship; the equipment itself follows the manufacturer's own terms. The scope and exclusions of the warranty are those set out in the contract and the purchase order.

Which areas do you cover?

Chonburi, Rayong, Chachoengsao, Prachinburi and Samut Prakan. Prices shown are for Chonburi and Rayong; other areas add travel and team accommodation costs by distance. Areas outside these five provinces are considered case by case.
